Do you have a minimum hire spend? 

We have a minimum hire order of $200 before we offer delivery on the Fleurieu peninsula. Delivery and pickup fees are quoted separately.

If you require a DIY service (meaning you pickup and drop-off) there is a minimum order of $100.00 is required.

 

Do you deliver outside of the Fleurieu?

Yes we can deliver past the Fleurieu with a minimum order of $400 + delivery.

How much is delivery?

Our delivery fees are calculated depending on the location of your event, days/time of delivery/collection and size of order. 

 

Can I pick up my order?

We offer a dry-hire service enabling you to collect orders. A minimum order of $100 is required for dry-hire.  Our pickup and drop-off times for dry-hire are Thursday between 3pm-6pm and Monday between 3pm-6pm unless otherwise arranged. You are responsible for providing packing blankets and tie downs to protect the hire items.

Do you offer wedding setups?

Yes we can deliver, setup and pack down wedding ceremonies and receptions. Please contact us for a quote.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes we require a 25% non refundable deposit to secure your booking. this deposit in non refundable if you cancel your booking you will lose your deposit. The remaining amount plus bond is required atleast 10 days prior to your event.

What are your cancellation policies ?

  • Cancellations more then 10 days prior to your booking will be eligible for a refund, less the 25% non refundable deposit. 

  • Cancellations within 10 days  of your booking will not be refunded.

Can I alter my order? 

You are welcome to add or change items leading up to your event as long as they are available.

Do you require a security bond?

Yes. The bond amount is calculated depending on the size of your order.

What happens if something gets damaged?

  • If an item is broken or damaged beyond repair you will be charged 3 times the hire fee to replace item.  

  • If an item is not there when we collect you have 5 days to return otherwise you will be charged 3 times the hire fee to replace items.

What happens if upholstery is dirty? â€‹

  • Upholstered or carpet items that need to be professionally cleaned will have payment taken out of your bond.
